1. Machinery listed must be less than 15 years old. If older the machine must be in good working condition and appearance. Australia's Commercial Trader's Listing Form must be used when listing as this acknowledges that you have read and understand our terms and conditions. This form can be obtained by fax upon request.
   
2. This format requests you to describe in detail information regarding each machine, plus price including this company's commission. Also must supply at least three high quality photos of each machine taken at different angles to highlight its appearance ( to be used on our website, catalogues and information sheets ). Prices should be realistic, one that will result in a sale. Note: All prices are subjected to GST ( Australian buyers only ).
   
3. Listing new machinery will only be accepted from Manufacturers who supply new machinery. Listings must be accompanied with brochures and/or selling aids ( where possible ). Prices must be the same as would be quoted to all customers ( your lowest price ) with no mark up for our commission as this should be viewed as part of your advertising and selling expenses.
   
4. No listing will be published or entered into the computer without a price. Prices must be the same, or less, than that quoted to any other company or person. All machinery listed must state location for inspection (city) with inspection being carried out on the owner's premises (no third party is to be involved). Listing(s) will only be accepted from owner of the machinery or equipment and must not be listed with any other party.
   
5. Contacts and companies supplied by this company must remain confidential and must not be passed onto any other contact or company. If your company passes on a contact to another contact or company, directly or indirectly and a sale takes place, your company will be responsible for our commission. All pictures and details of listings placed onto our website is subjected to copyright and must not be used in anyway without this company's written permission.
   
6. All listings accepted are based on selling any machine and not only the machine listed to a contact obtained directly or indirectly through listing with Australia's Commercial Trader. These fees are payable at the final selling price. Fees also apply to both parties regarding exchanging and trading machinery or other services that could be construed as payment for any transaction.
   
7. Commission is payable immediately a transaction takes place with a contact or company supplied directly or indirectly by this company and we must be notified by both seller and buyer in writing, giving full details of what has been sold/purchased (this includes all items), with the total amount paid/purchased, part payment or deposit, plus date of transaction. This is to be advised by e-mail, fax or post.
   TO NOTE: where this has not occurred or the information supplied was incorrect, there will be an additiional 10% non-notification fee for both seller and buyer on the total value of transaction (this is in addition to our standard commission applicable).
   
8. Accounts not paid immediately a transaction has taken place will be subjected to compounding interest at .066% per day = approx 2% per month service fee from the date of transaction.
   
9. Details of items listed will only be supplied to a company or an individual who are the end user ( no third party is to be involved ). When a contact is supplied and that contact does not purchase and the machinery is withdrawn or sold to another party we must also be advised who purchased.
   
10. By listing or requesting details, you have acknowledged and agreed to the terms and conditions of Australia's Commercial Trader Pty Ltd. Any dispute that could arise will be governed and construed in all aspects in accordance within the law of the State of Queenland, Australia.
    
11. Australia's Commercial Trader Pty Ltd is a machinery broker and has no knowledge of the machine(s) and contacts they supply. All information and photos are supplied by owner of the machine(s) and as you will be dealing directly with them no responsibility for any decision you make will be accepted by Australia's Commercial Trader Pty Ltd.
