Reason For Selling

There are three main reasons for selling.

1. The building is in the process of being sold by the owners with vacant possession, resulting in the directors having no option but to move.

2. The business has expanded beyond the capacity of present owners to effectively manage.

3. Present directors are skilled in chocolate production and wish to concentrate on their smaller chocolate manufacturing operation.

In Conjunction with other Machinery additional
products that can be Produced

A complete range of enrobed products, example: a full range of dried fruits, to name only a few, dates, apricots, bananas, apples, or most of the many fruits presently being sold as dried fruits.

In nuts the range would be endless depending on size.

Also the enrober could be used for contract enrobing, example: biscuits and similar baked products, confectionery, once again this is limited to you own imagination.

Employees Required for Production

Two and half employees are required to operate the Ginger Enrobing Section.

Goodwill

This includes the right to use any packaging materials that could be part of the tender whilst waiting for your own packaging to be produced.

Artwork and plates for packaging, rewind, etc, associated with this tender, also method of production.

The above alone woud be worth many thousands of dollars as it has taken years of research and development to be accepted nationally by major chain stores, wholesalers and the Australian public.

Possibly the major plus regarding this tender is that this is a major profit making section of the company, with modern machinery currently producing approx 85% of the Australian enrobed ginger market and with potential to expand into the export market.
