BONDED FIBRE    ( TEABAG MATERIAL )

This material can be used on virtually any type of packaging machine for either filling by auger,
volumetric or vibratory feed. Example of the materal set up on a machine ( as above ) with
the rolls in the containers behind )

The above picture ( right ) showing the bonded fibre ( white ) laid out on a red card ( to enhance
the material ) then a photo was taken to highlight the quality, strength and porosity of the material.
This material ( besides used for tea bags ) would also be suitable where porosity is required,
such as with fragrant flowers ( pot pouri ), or dried herbs for cooking, etc.

Other Uses For This Versatile Material
Packaging of silica granules ( to reduce moisture and avoid rusting ), also insect
repellents for the safe storage of clothing, shoes, furniture, etc.

There is approx 180 rolls high porosity wet strength, vegetable bonded fibre
( tea bag material ), 100mm wide with 300mm outside dia and a core 76mm diameter.
Ninety rolls 16.5 gsm and ninety rolls 21 gsm in weight, with each roll weighing approx 2.28 kg.
