Water jacketed with stirrer, eight nozzles (each 25mm in
diameter) with a stroke of approx
0-80mm which can be adjusted by hand to the centre of cavity of the mould and is capable of depositing eight cavities at the one time, or less as nozzles can be blcked off to suit the mould, working width of belt is approx 480mm with adjustable height and can be converted to run continuous by incorporating an electric eye to control the placement of the mould on the belt, hopper holds approx 15-20kg of product. This is a very well built machine and can be operated by either foot or a sensor on the conveyor section and specifically designed to deposit the required amount of product into a mould on command and can accept moulds up to approx 150mm high. The hopper is water jacketed and pistons are stainless steel with bronze nozzles. This machine is ideal for depositing chocolate, creams, fondants, marshmallow, etc, with an accurate amount of product depending on the setting.
