CHOCOLATE KETTLE
Yorkshire, chocolate melting and mixing mobile kettles 520 deep x 610mm dia
giving a capacity of approximately 80-100kg, finished in polished stainless
steel both inside and outside, gate type stirrer with drive from a top mounted
motor via a right-angled reduction gear-box.
There is a hinged section on the top lid which is fitted with a small grill
area to add ingredients if required and have a blanking plate over the grill.
This hinged section has a safety interlock with a corresponding section on
the other side bolted down.
The kettles have a hot water electrically heated jacket
with Grundfos water circulation pump
with lockable inspection door. Electrical control panel has switchgear for: power-on pilot
plus on/off switch, stirrer-on pilot plus on/off switch, outlet pump on pilot plus on/off switch,
heating on pilot plus added digital thermometer.
Discharge is by a stainless steel pump 3/4" dia with a separate drive motor. The whole unit is
very compact and self-sufficient and is mounted on four braked wheels which have stainless
steel guards over the wheels for cleanliness, it is all very mobile with a full width pull
handle fitted with a flying electrical lead.
