Autobake, continuous cookie production line, consisting of a Serpentine multi tier Oven which is a
high-yield type oven, versatile enough to bake a wide range of products including biscuits and
cookies, a special knife blade system ideal for depositing cookie dough with chunky or solid
particles such as fruit, nuts, chocolate, coffee beans, etc.

Oven is coupled with an inline cooling tunnel with exhaust canopy and release blade mechanism on
exit side. The inline cooling tunnel allows the baked cookies to be cooled for direct packing as they exit.

Also included is a depositor with hopper and twin rotating rollers for accurate dough weight depositing control. Machine has been serviced, reconditioned and has had chains replaced (auto chain
lubrication system installed).

Previously used for fruit cookies, chunky cookies and biscuit type macaroons. Following are specifications of oven.
