This machine is used for making garganelli or macaroni with an output up to
200 kg per hour. Machine operates by feeding from an extruder (not included)
the rolled 2-3mm thick x 130mm wide
sheet of pasta dough, it then automatically takes the sheet through machine and produces 10mm diameter tubes, cuts into 60mm lengths ready for packing, with the option of being sold as fresh pasta or going into or dry pasta.
