functions with a large range of product consistencies.

An example of products that can be used with this machine include meat, poultry, seafood, dough based products such as chicken nuggets, moulded meat and seafood shapes, rice and pastry logs and rolls, plus potato and other type croquettes,
the list is endless.

This machine creates the shapes by pressing the food paste into pre-formed dies,
so it is extremely flexible in respect to potential sizes and shapes as the dies
can be easily removed and replaced to create round, square, rectangle,
or free form shapes in many sizes.

To Note: the machine also has the capacity to insert centres or fillings into the formed
shapes at a production rate of 4,000 x 60g pieces per hour.
