All stainless steel steam belt blancher/cooker system, with
5.7m long x 1.2m wide mesh belt
infeed conveyor feeding into blancher which measures 9.1m long x 1.2m wide.
The blancher has mesh belt and top removable cover. The system includes 8.5m long x 1.2m wide pre-cooler and also an 8.5m long x 1.2m wide final cooler.
Pre-cooler has spray jet system and features include drive motors/reducers, piping,
shut-off valves, gauges and control thermometer. Previously used for apples.
