ten assorted dies for producing
various shapes.

LONG PASTA PRODUCTION
This all self-contained long pasta production line consists of extruder with a
production output of 280 Kg per hour of fresh product and includes long pasta
head, spreader and cutters, a bolognia machine with four different shapes, 23
trollies for drying long pasta, a vacuum pump system, plus ten dies for producing
various shapes.
