ready to commence production after removal and setting up.

Sales with an average manufacturing gross profit during the past three years of $146,416.30 per year.
Goodwill consisting of packaging artwork with printing plates associated with the above sale, also recipes and production methods for products currently being produced on the machinery for sale.

Reason For Selling
There are three main reasons for selling.
1. The building is in the process of being sold by the owners with vacant
possession, resulting in the directors having no option but to move.
3. Present directors are skilled in chocolate production and wish to concentrate on their smaller chocolate manufacturing operation.
In Conjunction with other Machinery additional

A complete range of coloured wafer sheets cut into assorted sizes.
Wafer sheets with a marshmallow centre ( similar to wafer sheets used for
ice-cream ).
Wafer sheets coated with chocolate, cream paste, jam, or similar type centres.
The wafer machinery has the capacity to be used as a base to expand into exporting.

Employees Required for Production
Two and half employees are required to operate the Wafer Production including
cutting and wrapping.
Goodwill
This includes the right to use any packaging materials that is part of
the sale whilst waiting for your own packaging to be produced.
Artwork and plates for packaging, rewind, etc, associated with the wafer line.
Recipes with method of production regarding present products being produced,
associated with this Sale.
The above alone would be worth many thousands of dollars as it has taken
years of research and development to be accepted nationally by major chain
stores, wholesalers and the Australian public.
Possibly the major plus regarding this sale is that this is a major profit
making section of the company, with modern machinery currently producing for
the Australian Market and with the potential to expand into the export market.
