their Form Fill & Seal Packaging System for Sale. This system consisting
of computerised weigh-head, bag maker, automatic feeding system, bucket elevator,
in-line metal detector, take-off conveyor, top and bottom carton sealer with
double sided ink jet printing system, eight forming tubes, ready to commence
production after removal and setting up.
Machinery with an estimated second-hand value exceeding $200,000 as per the enclosed details.
Operating manuals and any spare parts available relating to the Form Fill & Seal.
Assistance where possible by present management to ensure a smooth take-over.

The main reasons for selling.
The building is in the process of being sold by the owners with vacant possession,
resulting in the directors having no option but to move.
