BEFORE LISTING
Before listing check with other Brokers and Re-sellers to compare what they will do to ensure that you obtain the highest price possible for your machinery.
SOME ITEMS TO CONSIDER

Is the Broker or Re-seller only using your listing to promote their own listings ~ example: if a general enquiry is received for a similar machine to one you have listed, are they going to promote your machine for 10% commission if they have one of their own available that can be sold for 100% plus above their purchased price.

Does your Broker or Re-seller advertise your machinery at no cost on the Internet, Email, Post and Fax, with colored photos including details of each machine, plus also include your machinery in their catalogue to ensure that your listing is exposed for world wide viewing.

Will your Broker or Re-seller let you control the sale and negotiate direct with all prospective buyers to obtain the highest price possible and then be paid directly by that purchaser.

Check how long the Broker or Re-seller will list your machine for and the amount of advertising at no cost they will be devoting to achieve your selling price.

THE FOLLOWING IS HOW AUSTRALIA'S COMMERCIAL TRADER
LIST ALL MACHINERY ( AT NO COST WITH OUT RESULTS )

1. Place onto our website a standard listing of each machine listed with brief details, this listing is connected to one or more pages of pictures with full details of the machine.

2. A separate Information Sheet on each machine covering full details including coloured pictures set up for emailing, posting and faxing to prospective buyers.

3. The machine is also included in our regular Information Sheets with links to your machine listed on our website. This information is sent to the decision maker involved in the same type of industry the machine is listed under as well as other interested parties.

4. We also encourage the recipients of all emails sent out to view our website and the machinery which can be viewed on that site.

5. The most important aspect is that Australia's Commercial Trader is not competing with any machinery listed, as it does not purchase machinery of any kind for resale.

6. Our income is derived by selling your machinery, most other dealers income is derived by selling their machinery.

As can be seen by the above Australia's Commercial Trader is one of only a few professional organisation world wide who is prepared to promote extensively your listing(s) within Australia, New Zealand and World Wide, at no cost to the owner if we do not perform.
